John Zottoli lives in Washington, DC, where he retired from the staff of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. John's career spans service at OPM, the Civil Service Commission and the Internal Revenue Service. At OPM, John served in various supervisory and policy positions; he organized conferences and coordinated OPM classes on Planning for Retirement. John also served as President of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) local that represents OPM employees. He holds degrees from Marist College, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Southern California. In retirement, John keeps and interest in local and Federal government issues; and he is an officer with the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE).
